   What's happening in East Town and where do you go to find it? Just check the items listed below and join us for our neighborhood meetings, street events and picnics, holiday gatherings, or any of the other exciting things happening here. And since we're directly adjacent to Rock Hill's Downtown - we're a gateway, in case you didn't know - you can walk just a few blocks and enjoy one of the many shops and restaurants the Downtown area has to offer. Join us for one of the many festivals and music events that make East Town and Downtown Rock Hill a destination for everyone!

NEXT ETNA MEETING: The next ETNA  meeting will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 7:00 p.m. Meet at Augello's Coffee House at 140 East Main Street (City Plaza in Downtown Rock Hill).
  • Aug. 4 - Monthly Meeting - This month we have a special neighborhood meeting is on Tuesday, Aug. 4th. This is the first Tuesday and coincides with National Night Out. We'll meet in the backyard of John T. Misskelley's home - 131 N. Confederate Ave. Starting time is 6:30 p.m. This is one of our famous "eatin' meetin's "so please bring a covered dish and enjoy a nice supper with your neighbors. The City of Rock Hill National Night Out caravan will be visiting us as well.
  • June 9 - Monthly Meeting - This months neighborhood meeting is on Tuesday, June 9th, and will be held in the backyard of John T. Misskelley's home - 131 N. Confederate Ave. Starting time is 6:30 p.m. This is one of our famous "eatin' meetin's "so please bring a covered dish and enjoy a nice supper with your neighbors. Rain or shine.
  • May 5 - Monthly Meeting - Due to a scheduling conflict, the East Town Neighborhood Association's May monthly meeting was changed to Tuesday, May 5th. We met at 131 N. Confederate Ave. in John Misskelley's home. This was a non-meal, casual meeting at 6:30 p.m. Some final details of the Main Street improvements project were presented and discussed.
  • April 14 - Monthly Meeting - Join us for our pre-Come-See-Me neighborhood cleanup. We'll meet in the parking lot across from Green Funeral Home on East White Street at 6:30 p.m. and fan out through the neighborhood to pick up trash. The City's Neighborhood Empowerment Department will provide trash bags, pick-up sticks, and orange safety vests. There may even be a surprise treat after we finish...
  • March 10 - Monthly Meeting - Join us at Augello's Coffeehouse & Deli, located at 140 East Main Street. The meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. ETNA and Augello's will provide coffee and muffins. Come early and have supper at Augello's!
  • December 8 - Monthly Meeting - Join us at Park Baptist Church Family Center located at 717 East Main St. There will be no meal and the meeting will start at 7:00 p.m.
  • October 14 - Monthly Meeting - Join us at Park Baptist Church Family Center located at 717 East Main St. There will be no meal and the meeting will start at 7:00 p.m.
  • September 9 - Monthly Meeting - Join us at Park Baptist Church Family Center located at 717 East Main St. There will be no meal and the meeting will start at 7:00 p.m.
  • August 5 - National Night Out and Monthly Meeting - Join us at the home of Dan and Irene Fling at 127 South Confederate Ave. for National Night Out. We'll be visited by various City of Rock Hill officials and staff from Neighborhood Empowerment, Police, Fire, and others. This will be an "eatin' meetin' " so bring your favorite dish to share with your neighbors. The Rock Hill Police Department wants to remind everyone to leave your porch lights on for National Night Out to let the bad guys know that they're not welcome in East Town!
  • July 8 - Monthly Meeting - Join us at the home of Joe and Betty Sherrill at 538 East Main St. This will be another "eatin' meetin' " so bring your favorite dish to share with your neighbors. We will welcome several new neighbors to East Town and details of the upcoming National Night Out event will be finalized...but basically we'll just enjoy the evening with friends and neighbors!
  • February 12 - Monthly Meeting - Join us at Park Baptist Church Family Center located at 717 East Main St. There will be no meal and the meeting will start at 7:00 p.m.
  • November 13 - Monthly Meeting and Covered Dish Supper - Meeting in the home of John Misskelley located at 131 North Confederate Ave. We will have a hot dog supper with baked beans and chips. The neighborhood will supply the tea, ice, and paper products. Please bring a dessert if you wish. The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m.
      During the meeting we will finalize plans for the first Historic East Town Neighborhoods Tour of Homes. This event is being done in conjunction with ChristmasVille and will be sponsored in part by Gala Affairs and Old Town Bistro. (Be sure to watch this website for an announcement about this event when all the details are in place. Also please be sure to thank our ChristmasVille sponsors by visiting their websites and places of business.)
